I have been in the insurance industry for almost 20 years, including working as a producer, a manager, and eventually becoming an agency owner.
My work is very important to me because I can make a difference in my customer’s lives after a catastrophic loss, whether material or life. It can be extremely traumatic. My support is critical to my customers.
I was raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas where my widowed mother moved her children to from Mexico in the late 70’s. I studied at the University of Texas Pan American, where I majored in Biology and minored in Psychology.
Learning new piano pieces has been my passion for about 15 years, it has been my dream since I was a child but only gaining access to it as an adult. Very few people know I play the piano.
I enjoy the Kitchen, gym, pool or beach. I don’t have as much time as I would like to cook during the week, so my weekends are dedicated to going all out in the kitchen. The cleanup is the hard part.
I do a lot of volunteer work with our local Catholic church, Boys & Girls Club in Weslaco & Lions Club of Weslaco. Our work centers mostly around children who might not otherwise have access to reading glasses, afterschool sports, and necessities.
I began my Insurance career in January of 2013 at Guerra Insurance and Financial Services. I became Licensed for Property and Casualty in 2014 and Licensed for Life, accident, and health in 2016.
Being able to protect and provide Insurance knowledge to my clients is what excites me most about my job.
I was born and raised in Alamo, Texas.
The softball field is where you can find me on my time off. I enjoy coaching my daughter’s little league softball team.

I love spending time with grandchildren and supporting my niece and nephew’s activities.

I grew up in the city of Weslaco, home to the Mighty Panthers! Although I did graduate from high school as a certified Computer & Internet Specialist, I have found working for Allstate very intriguing, and have recently obtained my insurance license.

I enjoy traveling because you get to meet new people, try different food listen to new music and just learn about other cultures.
When I am not at work, I can be found in my backyard enjoying a nice cookout with my family.

On Sunday mornings, I like to volunteer at my church’s nursery. Being a parent myself, I understand the importance of being able to listen to the word of God.
I started in the insurance industry in 2007 when I became p&c and life licensed. What most excites me about my job is getting to know each customer’s insurance wants and needs and matching them with a policy that fits their needs.
